The Mill House
Completed November 2018
Just outside Redditch, this 17th century property saw a large extension to the side and rear of the house. The extension, done sympathetically to the home, saw a new kitchen-diner, breakfast room, utility room, lounge and play room being added. Finished to an extremely high standard, the Mill House also saw new water features being added along with automated gates. Everything was designed and built to be in keeping with what is an historic home.
I cannot commend John Coote & Sons highly enough. John has worked on many of my garden design projects and is one of the finest sub contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside. His quality of work is second to none. A true gentleman and man of his word with an impeccable work ethic and standard of work.
